Support Packages to Enable Success
HP Care Pack Services extend standard warranties for HP hardware and software. These packages include hardware support, software support, installation services, education, and premium support options.
With HP Care Pack Services, you get new printers, scanners, servers, and networking equipment up and running faster. You also improve performance through proper setup and guidance. In addition, proactive support helps prevent downtime. If an issue occurs, our team delivers fast response times based on your business needs.
Furthermore, HP Care Pack Services simplify support planning. When you purchase an HP system, we match you with the right coverage for your operation.
HP Scitex Evergreen Services
Our HP-certified technicians support HP Scitex equipment with reliable service and repair options. Upon request, we provide on-site repair or part replacement for eligible products under warranty. We also offer phone support for both hardware and software during standard service hours.
Before scheduling an on-site visit, our team begins remote diagnostics. We use software tools and troubleshooting methods to identify issues quickly. In some cases, we guide your team through diagnostic steps to speed up resolution.
When needed, we supply replacement parts for standard wear and tear at no additional cost. However, coverage does not include consumables or maintenance-related items. Non-covered items include tools, meters, printheads, UV lamps, filters, tubing, and similar components.
Evergreen services bill monthly and renew automatically, which helps maintain continuous coverage without interruption.
Epson 1-Year and 2-Year Extended Service Plans
Epson service plans extend your printer coverage and provide ongoing protection.
The 1-Year Extended Plan expands the standard warranty to two years from the original purchase date. The 2-Year Extended Plan extends coverage to three years. You must purchase both options while the original warranty remains active.
To receive service, contact Epson using the support number provided at purchase. Support teams are available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. First, technicians perform remote diagnostics to determine the issue. If needed, they schedule on-site repair based on warranty terms.
If Epson cannot repair the unit, they may replace it with a model of equal or greater value. Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting service.
Mimaki Extended Parts Warranty Coverage
Mimaki extended warranties cover parts for one or more additional years. Coverage begins either at the time of purchase or immediately after the existing warranty ends.
You must purchase the extended warranty within 30 days of expiration. If coverage lapses, the system requires inspection and repair at the owner’s expense. In addition, you must submit a print sample for evaluation before approval.
This warranty covers parts only and excludes damage caused by improper use. For example, incorrect ink, bulk ink systems, poor maintenance, or unauthorized repairs may void coverage. It also excludes routine maintenance items and consumables.
Canon imagePROGRAF Warranty
Canon provides a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Canon will repair or replace defective parts at no cost.
If issues arise, Canon first performs remote diagnostics with your assistance. If the problem continues, Canon schedules an on-site service visit or sends replacement parts for user-replaceable components.
However, the warranty does not cover consumables such as ink and media. It also does not include the printhead, which carries a separate warranty.
