How Service Works

  1. Inspection and scope
    We evaluate the device onsite or remotely, document findings, and issue a written scope of work. Quotes reflect the confirmed scope and required parts.
  2. Scheduling
    We schedule based on your service zone and availability. Travel is billed by zone as a single, inclusive trip fee.
  3. Resolution and handoff
    We complete repairs, verify output, and share care recommendations. Follow-on training or profiling is available for teams that want a deeper reset.

Repair services

  • Onsite diagnostic and repair for wide format printers and cutters

  • Parts verification and install after quote approval

  • Post-repair checks for print quality, feed, and registration
    Notes: parts must be on hand prior to the visit. Quote validity is stated on the written estimate.

Software & system services

  • RIP or driver reload, reinstall, or upgrade

  • RIP server or DesignStation restore and configuration

  • Version compatibility guidance and operator handoff
    Onsite services follow zone travel. Depot services exclude round-trip freight.

Installation services

  • Basic hardware install for a single device

  • Standard install with drivers, software, or RIP

  • Multi-unit install for fleets or department rollouts
    Includes uncrating, setup, initialization, configuration, calibration, and user training. Software installs include one main workstation or server plus one client. Travel billed by zone.

Zones and Travel

Trip fees include all travel expenses. Training can also be scheduled at our facility.

  • Zone 0: local service area

  • Zone 1: multi-metro service area

  • Zone 2: regional multi-state service area

  • Zone 3: remaining North America service area
