Free Shipping on Supply Orders Over $2,000

We offer free ground shipping on supply orders of $2,000 or more within the continental U.S. using UPS Ground, SpeeDee Delivery, or LTL freight. Orders under $2,000 will be charged standard shipping rates based on weight, size, and location.

Shipping carriers are selected based on your delivery address, order size, and delivery type.

Free Shipping on Ink Orders

All printer ink ships free within the continental United States when ordered directly through our website.

Delivery Timeframes & Cutoff

• In-stock items usually ship within 24 to 48 business hours

• Standard delivery is typically within 2 to 4 business days

• Same-day shipping cutoff is 2 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays or weather delays)– (not guaranteed)

Service Delays

Due to continued carrier delays, UPS and SpeeDee Delivery do not guarantee delivery times. Please allow extra time for your shipment to arrive and plan accordingly.

Weekend Delivery

• Standard shipments arrive Monday through Friday

• Saturday delivery requires express shipping and incurs additional carrier surcharges

• Carrier surcharges still apply even if delivery is delayed due to weather or unforeseen issues

Wide Format Printer Deliveries

Printers are shipped via LTL common carrier. If your location is a residence or lacks a loading dock, a lift gate charge will apply. Large printers may exceed liftgate capacity and require special arrangements.
