Each soft calendered PVC film features a 1 mil permanent solvent acrylic adhesive, protected by a 70 pound white paper release liner coated with PE and siliconized on the release side. Monomeric PVC laminating film is suitable for application temperatures ranging from 40°F to 176°F. For best results, printed PVC graphics must fully dry and outgas before lamination. A drying period of 24 to 48 hours at 70°F is recommended, though actual time may vary based on ink coverage, humidity, and printing conditions. Insufficient drying can lead to delamination, tunneling, shrinkage, or adhesive failure.

Durability estimates apply only to the laminating film itself and not to the printed image. Accelerated aging tests assume vertical exposure in normal temperate climates. Harsh environments such as high UV regions, high humidity areas, polluted locations, high altitude, or horizontal and south facing exposure can significantly reduce expected lifespan.
