Image Preparation

  1. Print on the matte coated side.
  2. Allow prints to dry approximately 30 minutes unless using latex ink.
  3. Apply light lacquer to pigment prints and allow 30 minutes to dry.
  4. Use lacquer-treated film within 2 weeks.

Item Preparation

  1. Degrease the object thoroughly.
  2. Perform flame treatment if required.
  3. Scuff or bead blast surface for adhesion.

Dipping Process
