The Keencut SteelTrak C2 composite head is an advanced cutting head engineered to improve accuracy, safety, and sheet flatness when cutting aluminium composite materials and steel composite panels. Designed for high performance production environments, this twin wheel cutting head uses a pair of hardened, high carbon steel cutting wheels that move smoothly through ACM and steel composite substrates up to 3 mm thick. The cutting action dramatically reduces the left side panel bend common in traditional composite cutting, producing flatter, more consistent sheets ready for flatbed printing or finishing.

In addition to its improved edge quality, the Keencut SteelTrak C2 composite head eliminates hazards commonly associated with metal cutting. Operators can cut steel composite materials without generating sparks, dust, or airborne debris, creating a safer and cleaner production environment. This cutting head has been fitted as standard on all SteelTrak units produced since June 2020 (serial numbers U3262 and newer), and it can serve as an upgrade for earlier SteelTrak systems.
