Installation Overview

MacTac RoughRAP RR100 requires heat-assisted installation for optimal performance on brick.

• Apply only to completely dry surfaces
• Heat to minimum 850°F during conforming process
• Press into mortar joints using a semi-rigid roller
• Post-heat to 220°F to reset film memory
• Trim out expansion joints and mortar recess seams
• Expect 10 to 20% non-contact in deep recess areas, which is normal

Always test a 10 inch by 10 inch section before full installation.
