Big Systems accepts returns within 30 days of purchase to ensure your satisfaction. You may request an exchange or a refund in the original payment form. All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number, which can be obtained by calling our customer service team at 888-971-5576.

Items must be returned in new, sellable condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. A 15% restocking fee may apply, especially for items returned outside these conditions or due to ordering errors. Custom items, opened software, non-defective consumables (e.g., ink, toner), and certain electronics may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. All returns should be shipped with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Most printers and hardware come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties and service agreements are available for additional peace of mind.

Notify our support team immediately at orders@bigsys.com with photos of the damage. We’ll coordinate a replacement or resolution with the carrier and manufacturer.
